A key skill for anyone responsible for employee safety management is the ability to connect and engage with all employees in order to promote safety and well-being. However, all too often, line managers are catapulted into running a fleet from another part of the business, and as a result end up focusing on productivity and efficiency rather than health and safety. Our project manager is there with the same team they’re assigned to from the outset of the project to its completion, allowing them to stay informed with what’s happening on the ground, and to act quickly whenever the situation demands it.

Before the commencement of each project, extensive effort is spent on working out how to adhere to the standards and protocols set by each centre management overseeing the construction site. Our rigorous adherence to those standards ensure a safe and smooth delivery of the project to our clients.

All workers on the E Fitting team are qualified and equipped with:

  • WorkCover General Industry Induction and Training

  • Site Specific Induction and Training

  • Work Activity Training to SWMS

  • Manual Handling Training

  • Tool Technique and Safety Training

  • Mandatory Personal Protective Equipment
